ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is available in the arena. Seating locations vary depending on the event. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate what type of accessible seat you require, so that we can properly assist you. To purchase accessible seating:
Visit Ticketmaster online, select the event, and click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" link or ADA icon.

The existence of handrails, width, and steepness of steps are a few items you may want to inquire about when choosing a seat location.
In accordance with the ADA, each individual with accessible seating may have a maximum of three (3) companions in the same area.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking is available in the upper Event Centers lot near the UPMC Gate. Parking in this lot is available upon a first-come, first-served basis.
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking when planning your visit to the UPMC Events Center.
A valid, state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required.
WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS
The UPMC Events Center provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any entry point. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our staff will also provide you with an escort after the event. Personal assistance into or out of the wheelchair cannot be provided.
ELEVATORS
The UPMC Events Center is equipped with elevators that access most areas of the arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact the Ticket Office in advance at (412) 397-2000 or info@upmceventscenter.com or speak with Guest Relations located at the box office during the event.
RESTROOMS
All restroom facilities at the UPMC Events Center are accessible. Restrooms are located on both the Concourse and Floor Levels.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all UPMC Events Center events. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, please visit the box office at People's Gate. Guests will be required to leave a valid photo id as collateral for the device. Assistive Listening Device types include Loop and Over the Ear.
INTERPRETING SERVICES
The UPMC Events Center is pleased to provide interpretation services for our guests with hearing disabilities for events. Interpreting services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice. For most events, American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available for our guests with hearing disabilities. Guests may arrange for interpreters by contacting the UPMC Events Center Ticket Office at (412) 397-2000 or info@upmceventscenter.com or through PA Relay Service at 7-1-1 at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service dogs and miniature horses that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in the UPMC Events Center. If you anticipate bringing a service animal to an event, please contact the UPMC Events Center Ticket Office prior to your visit at (412) 397-2000 or upmceventscenter.com
We are unable to allow pets, comfort animals or emotional support animals inside the venue.
NURSING MOTHERS
The UPMC Events Center provides nursing mothers’ station for all events. Location varies by event, please inquire at customer service at the box office or with a event staff member located throughout the concourse.
BABY CHANGING
The UPMC Events Center is happy to provide baby changing stations in each family restroom on the main concourse, floor level and the women's restroom on the conference level at UPMC Events Center. For additional accommodations, please inquire at customer service at the box office or with a event staff member .
